Focus groups: women in rural areas / low-skilled adults

Analysis - interviews with entrepreneurs  women in rural areas

The answers of each partner have been analysed beforehand in order to make a comparative analysis and to be able to draw conclusions.

They have been compiled into categories for better data collection and analysis.


These categories have been used to gather the information from the women interviewed and provide us with a more visual compilation of the difficulties, benefits, necessary support and solutions for women'sentrepreneurship in rural areas.

Conclusions and aspects to be highlighted

 

We would like to highlight how the women interviewed highlighted education as a solution.

To give them the opportunity to acquire transversal skills, we need a different approach. 

-Encourage creativity

-Strengthen personal development

-Promote leadership-Train flexibility and adaptation to change

 

Lack of financing as main obstacle to entrepreneurship

There is a general feeling of satisfaction at being able to contribute to the community in which they live.
