The first LTTA of the project Estrecomp was hosted in Italy by the association Progetto Marconi. From 9th to 11th of August.
​
Objectives:
​

Overview on ENTRECOMP Good practices for adults with low skills in Italy and participant countries.
-
To facilitate participants sharing good practices in the field of entrepreneurship education
-
How to follow to the Entrepreneurship Competence Framework: AREA 1: Ideas and Opportunities.
-
How to improve competences in adult’s educators to develop skills in adults with low entrepreneurial skills, working on ENTRECOMP Framework.
-
How to support adults who want to be entrepreneurs to analyse ideas and find opportunities (working on models of training methodologies).

9th August
At this first LTTA, we have focused on the first level, foundation (discover and explore).
Each partner has presented the results of the interviews (10 women in rural areas). After, the answers from every partner were analyzed in categories, which allowed to made conclusions and common analysis.
Finally, the activities were evaluated by the partners.

10th August
During the second day, we aimed to study more in-depth the EntreComp Competence area 1: IDEAS & OPPORTUNITIES. Sharing of activities that the adult educator can do to work on the 5 competencies of area 1 at Foundation level (Discover and Explore).

We ended the meeting with a practical activity: "How can we foster the competencies in ENTRE COMP (area1) in the target groups?"
The details for the next meeting that will be hosted in Granada by AIFED were defined and the partners evaluated once more the activities.
